July 2020: CPR/First Aid/AED training. Although Covid provided for some challenge, the training occurred. NOTE: LESAR provides this class to all volunteers, every two years.
August 2018: This month our team trained with our cutting/extrication tools, as well as practiced safe fire extinguishing techniques. Training Completed by: Rich, Gladys, Guwynn, Sherry, Tyler, Rachel, Brianna, Joseph, Mark, Doc, and Art.
February 13, 2016: Today we had a training on how to program radios. All of our radios are now correctly programmed to the race promoters frequencies as well as two LESAR frequencies.
Attended training- Guwynn, Sherry, Joseph, Brianna, and Tyler.
March 2016: This month, our training was about hemorrhages, and the use of tourniquets to stop excessive bleeding. Training was completed by: Rich, Kris, Brianna, Joseph, Guwynn, Sherry, and Jason.
April 2016: This month, our training was about fire extinguishers. We learned the main components of a fire, as well as how to correctly learn how to extinguish a fire with an extinguisher. Training was completed by: Guwynn, Sherry, Brianna, Joseph, Kris, Rich, Mike, and Angela.
June 2016: This month, our training was about Helo hot loading safety. Training was completed by: Kris, Sherry, and Brianna
July 2016: This month, our team recertified for CPR/First Aid/ AED. Training completed by: Kris, Rich, Gladys, Brianna, Joseph, Tyler, Rachel, Dani, Kevie, Allen, Colin, Doc, and Art.
